Medicod does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency care. Reports are informational only. Do not ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information from Medicod.
3. User Responsibilities
- Use the app only for lawful purposes.
- Upload only documents you have the right to process.
- Review outputs critically and consult a healthcare professional.
- Do not use Medicod for emergencies or urgent health decisions.
4. Purchases
A paid full report is a one-time digital purchase tied to a specific analysis/report. Google Play or Apple App Store handles payment, tax, receipts, and payment methods. Store refund rules may apply. If a technical issue prevents access to a purchased report, contact support.
5. AI Limitations
AI-generated explanations may contain errors, omissions, or outdated context. Medicod is not responsible for health decisions made without professional review.
6. Privacy
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Medicod, you agree that uploaded documents and extracted markers may be processed to provide the requested report.
7. Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or service improvement.
