What files can I upload?
You can upload clear photos, images, or PDFs of laboratory test results.
Does Medicod diagnose diseases?
No. Medicod explains lab markers for educational purposes and does not replace a doctor.
What if I paid but my report did not open?
Reopen the app and check History. If access is still missing, contact support with the store receipt and approximate purchase time.
Where are the App Store and Google Play links?
The iOS and Android apps are in preparation. Join the launch list and we will email you when they are available.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Use Delete account in the app, or request deletion from the public account deletion page.
